　　TheRealGhostbusterswasanAmericananimatedtelevisionseriesbasedonthehit1984filmGhostbusters.Theseriesranfrom1986to1991,andwasproducedbyColumbiaPicturesTelevision,DiCEntertainmentandCoca-Cola."TheReal"wasaddedtothetitleoveradisputewithFilmationandtheirGhostBustersproperties.[1].TheseriescontinuedtheadventuresofparanormalinvestigatorsDr.PeterVenkman,Dr.EgonSpengler,WinstonZeddemore,Dr.RayStantz,theirsecretaryJanineMelnitzandtheirmascotghostSlimerccc　　Dr.PeterVenkmanwasthegroup'sfirst-among-equals.Whilenottheirofficialleader,Venkmanoftenmadethedecisionwhetherornottheywouldtakeacase.Healsoprovidedcomicreliefandwasusuallynominatedfortasksnooneelsewantedtodo.Dr.EgonSpengler,ascientificgenius,providedthetechnicalexpertisethegroupneededtounderstand(andmanytimescombat)theetherealrealm.InmanyepisodesEgonformulatedthesolutionwhenallhopeseemedlost.Dr.RayStantzwasportrayedasanexcitablejack-of-all-trades.HewassecondonlytoEgonintechnicalgenius,whilestillremainingachildatheart.WinstonZeddemore(sometimesspelled"Zeddmore")wasthecourageofthegroup;hisaccuracywiththeprotongunwashisforte.OfalltheGhostbusters,WinstonZeddemorehadtheleastcharacterdevelopmentinthecartoonseries,eventhoughhedidstarinafewepisodes.
