Participantswillcomeunderintensepressure.Theirphysicalandmentalendurancewillbepushedtothelimit.Viewerswillwitnesswhatthemindandbodyarecapableofandhowthesetechniquesseparatetheweakfromthestrong,andtheywilllearnwhatittakestobetheultimatesoldier.
